Shirt pattern for cosplayby ~lostrunaway

This is a shirt Pattern. The lines within the pattern are an estimate of about where you may want to cut off for a. Piece 1 is the Front, piece 4 is the Collar, and piece 3 is the back. Piece 1 should have enough room to tug in material to sew in a zipper.

what anime character is it and dose it have no sleeve and just have a turtle neck?

it's for the anime Character Sai from Naruto. It's just the inner belly shirt though, I have another pattern in my scraps for a shoulder shrug.

The shirt is sleeveless and the collar is like the ones for Chinese shirts. I hope that helps.
